Complex work doesn't have to feel chaotic. VaLeigh Cove exists to help people step back, see what is really happening, and build a clear path forward.

I came up through pharmacy — an advanced certified pharmacy technician, then software support, and now business analysis on a data architecture and automation team. That route taught me something a straight consulting career wouldn't have: how a process feels to the person standing in it at 4:50 on a Friday, and how it looks in the database afterward. I can speak to your front counter and your engineers in the same meeting, and that's usually where the real problem is hiding.

VaLeigh Cove is one person, by design. You work with me — the same person who scoped it, built it, and will still be here in six months.

The firm also does something quieter: advocacy and navigation support for families with special needs. It comes from my own life, and it's why the tagline is what it is.
